Surgery Scheduled for Tuesday

Tonya called Cindy this morning and said that while they had Tyler undressed, the doctor walked in and saw his wounds. He checked his elbow and thought it looked really bad. They will do another skin graft on Tuesday. The doctors will fix his elbow and a few other spots on his arm. They will probably take the skin from his back this time. It will be another three days after that before they can check the graft. So, please pray that this is the last surgery...

When Cindy asked Tonya about how Tyler felt about another surgery she said he was OK with it. Cindy says that there is an ace bandage on the elbow and that underneath it is "raw meat." Can you imagine how painful it is do do physical therapy with an elbow like that? Ouch!

Cindy and Larry are back in Munday today with Trevor... Just remember how hard it is to watch your child/spouse go under the knife again... So, keep those prayers going!

Tyler & Tonya,
Our prayers are that this will be the last of the surgery and that God will guide the hands of the surgeons to complete all the skin grafts that need to be done this time.
Your faith in God will carry you through this yet again and be your strength in the days to come.
Larry and Cindy, enjoy Trevor and give him hugs and kisses from us.

Your cousin,
Bobbie (Nelson) Wright

God know al of our needs and attends to them all as he sees fit. Thank God he saw fit to heal Trey and Tyler. The entire family is in our prayers everyday along with the many others metioned in the blog. Please remember to keep my son Matthew in your prayers also. His accident was in October and his latest surgeries were the last week in May. Hopefully they got all the infection taken care of this time and he is on his way to a full recovery. He goes back to Denver tomorrow to have the IV shunt removed from his chest after 8 weeks of continuous IV antibiotics AGAIN.
Blessings to your whole family and GOD IS GOOD!!!!!!!
